The motor transformation and upgrading. The permanent magnet synchronous motor adopted this time offers significantly better energy efficiency compared to traditional asynchronous motors. It can control the compressor's discharge volume through frequency modulation, and the variable frequency adjustment can save more than 30% of energy during compressor operation.

The new generation YLG permanent magnet frequency conversion screw compressor features imported screw technology from Germany's Jaecklin, utilizing the YZ57 tooth profile formed by circular arcs and higher-order curves. Its optimal design with a 5:7 ratio is suitable for high-pressure conditions, with a pressure difference capacity of up to 2.0 MPa

In recent years, the global focus of the compressor industry has gradually shifted toward mainland China, intensifying competition in the domestic compressor market. How has Zhejiang Blait Refrigeration managed to adapt and achieve success in this silent "war"?

During an interview, Manager Li Jiaqin of Zhejiang Blait Refrigeration stated that domestic compressors face two main challenges compared to international brands: product quality and brand reputation. In response to these issues, Zhejiang Blait Refrigeration is actively making changes and innovations. The company has strengthened its quality management system and strictly controls production processes. To address quality concerns, Zhejiang Blait has established three compressor performance testing centers and an online testing assembly line, fully covering the performance testing of all semi-hermetic piston refrigeration compressors and all single-screw single-stage refrigeration compressors.

Furthermore, Zhejiang Blait Refrigeration also responds proactively in pre-sales and after-sales services. The company has developed its own compressor selection software, allowing customers to "DIY" their compressor configurations.
